In this project, I focused on solving a range of critical technical SEO challenges that were holding the website back in a highly competitive industry. The site was suffering from slow page speed, crawl errors, and subpar mobile usability, all of which negatively impacted both search rankings and user experience. My first step was conducting a comprehensive technical audit to identify the most pressing issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.
From there, I implemented a series of strategic optimizations to improve both performance and visibility. This included fixing broken links and crawl errors, compressing and optimizing images, eliminating render-blocking resources, and enhancing mobile responsiveness. I also deployed structured data (schema markup) to enhance how search engines interpreted the site’s content leading to improved visibility in rich snippets and higher CTRs from search results.
Another important component of the strategy was local SEO enhancement, which involved optimizing Google Business profiles, creating localized landing pages, and adding geo-specific schema data. These efforts were especially impactful in attracting high-intent, location-based traffic and improving the brand’s presence in local search results.
As a result of this technical overhaul, the site saw noticeable improvements in page speed, mobile usability scores, and organic search rankings. Most importantly, it laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth by ensuring the site was optimized not just for search engines, but for real users navigating and engaging with the brand online.
