In this project, I led a comprehensive digital transformation for a client looking to elevate their online presence and maximize marketing ROI. The strategy was rooted in performance, every decision, campaign, and optimization was designed to drive measurable results. I took full ownership of both PPC marketing and SEO, working across channels to build a cohesive strategy that delivered long-term impact as well as immediate gains.
On the PPC side, I completely rebuilt the client’s Google Ads account structure from scratch. This involved restructuring campaigns to improve quality scores, implementing granular keyword targeting, and developing a robust negative keyword list to reduce wasted spend. I also integrated advanced audience targeting, using first-party data and behavioral insights to craft ads that spoke directly to high-converting users. Alongside this, I applied conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to landing pages to ensure that the traffic we brought in was more likely to convert.
In parallel, I executed a tailored SEO strategy that included technical audits, site speed optimization, structured data implementation, and keyword-focused content enhancements. These organic efforts were designed to complement and support the paid campaigns ensuring consistency in messaging, landing page experience, and keyword focus. This synergy between paid and organic channels created a compounding performance effect, where gains in one area positively influenced the other.
The outcome was a dramatic improvement in digital performance: better visibility, increased conversions, and a more efficient ad spend. By aligning both paid and organic strategies under one unified vision, the client achieved sustainable growth and a dominant digital presence in their niche.
